Before requesting help

Open chrome://extensions and confirm Value Filter is enabled.
Refresh every open YouTube tab after an update.
Open the popup and confirm filtering is enabled and the current YouTube area is selected.

Support and refunds

Use the Support section on the Value Filter Chrome Web Store listing for technical help, privacy requests, or a refund request within 14 days of purchase. Include the extension version and a concise description, but do not post payment-card details or sensitive browsing information.
